Fabulous! I have very long and very thick hair, almost felt sorry for Michele at Salon Menage today...it''s a TON of hair...add a ton of hair spray and 87 bobby pins (yes, I counted them as my fiance pulled them out) and *voila* the perfect wedding updo! She also did my make-up and it came out really nice. I''d be lying if I said I LOVED it, but, she was pressed for time (I was 1/2 hour late, shameonme). I feel confident that she''ll do a great job on the 'Big Day'. So, thank you, thank you Michelle W. for the recommendation, and, thanks Jenn Z. for the 2nd opinion! One-more-thing-off-the-list WAHOO!

Stef - I don't know if she'll come to your house. I'm going to the salon w/ 8 people (she's opening at 7 a.m. on a Sunday for me). Trial make-up & hair is $35 each. Wedding day is $55 & $75, respectively (make-up is $55.00 for everyone). Bridal party updos are $65 and little girls updos are $30. I think it's about $40 for a blow out and style. Good luck!

Kel!!! How are ya!? My update (long) :)

I`m so excited I can hardly contain myself. LOL! How`s everything going with you? I picked up my veil and headpiece today - they`re gorgeous - went to my mom`s after my trial and put on my dress, shoes, etc. and everything looked great!! My dress feels great now (thank you 15 pounds!!) and when I have my 1st fitting in 2 weeks it will just need minor alterations!! (Whew). I also took all 5 of my girls for shoes at Sandy`s Shoes, it took one hour and everyone was happy! Not to mention, so reasonably priced! YAY! How are the responses?? We`ve gotten 26 out of 84 back already...not too shabby! Going for tuxedos w/ the fellas on Tuesday and I`m going to schedule final meetings w/ my vendors next week! All of the gifts (all 16, incl. FI!) are bought except 2. I`ve just got to get a gift for one Best Man and my FI`s mom. Soooo, what am I missing?!? How`s your 'to do' list? :)
