thats suxs!!! have you ever taken a defensive driving course ? i believe if you do they lower your insurance and remove the points on your license

the same thing happened to me. go to your court date & they will reduce the points especially if it is your 1st offense. Mine was reduced from 6 points to 3. Take your defensive driving class after you go to court & it gives you a reduction of 4 points.

yes they will definatley drop it if you are first time offender and then just take the class to remove the points goodluck
