Soo... i made my e-vites and only needed 60, but there was no choice for 75 so I got 100.... I was suppose to get them on Monday, but they lost the shipment, so they re-ordered me the invites..... now they found the shipment, so I now have 200 invitations
What am i going to do with 200 invitations.... I only need 60.... that leaves me with 140!!!! Any cute ideas on what i can do with them.... besides throwing them in the fireplace?!

maybe you can find a way to cover up the inside and use the extras for thank yous.

How big is the picture on the front? Maybe you can make it into a favor tag.

buy a paper cutter and cut off the back of the invite... use it as a post card thank you after your engagement party (or hold on to the modified thank yous and send them out after a shower or something later on).
Cut off the back and let people write notes or words of married wisdom on the opposite side of the photo during your reception and mount them (picture face down) in a book.

we made our own invitations and used the shimmer cardstock. We had a bunch left over so we are going to shred it in the shredder and use it as the fluffy fill stuff in bottom of our out of town boxes.
It will still be shimmery and will go with the wedding colors. I didn't want to just throw it all away.
