What a you wearing for your wedding night? If anything....
I am having a hard time finding something thats pretty and fun without being completely cheesy and cheap.
Is VS the only place to look???
Any suggestions?
What are your plans?

well....from what I understand the mother of the bride is supposed to buy the pengnoir set (the long white gown with robe)..mine did not. I'm not sure what I'm doing yet...FH is already excited that I won't have a bra on. There is a nice lingerie shop on Main Street in Port JEfferson and there is also a nice one in the Stony Brook Village Center

I don't think that is strange .. as long as you don't hate what he picks out!
I've heard this before .. actually one of my girlfriend's DH got her a 'wedding night outfit' for part of his wedding gift to her .. it was from VS, very sexy, yet classy (she showed me it at the store!)

Fredricks is a good place to look. It's become a lot less trashy over the years. IMO VS is overpriced, and most of it is so tame it could be worn outside.

Am I the only one who's FH could care less about lingerie and/or sexy undergarments? He is just NOT into it .. actually likes me better 'dressed down (i.e., in one of his big tee shirts!)
Saves me a lot of $$ in that area, at least!
Hell I think we'll both just be happy once we're back at the hotel on our wedding night and can spend our 'private time' together as hubby & wife!!

no, mine doesn't care either. But I'm moght not want wear nothing at all , and I 'd feel weird changing into my old hs t-shirt at night.
For me, its more for actual sleeping, then anything else. VS has a cute tank & panty set that say 'i do'.
I'd much rather have that than a penoir set. We bought my freinds one ( slippers & all) b/c her mom said we should ( her sisters were the other Bms)

My mother bought me a short white satin nightie with a short robe on top.. I have white matching panties.. I am also wearing corset bra and have the garters so i guess whatever goes.
