Today is my 28th birthday and for the first time....I feel so old.

FH & I were talking about this yesterday. I'm 27 & he's 28. He said that when he looks in the mirror, he still sees the goofy kid he was in high school. I said I still see that same kid too when I look at him. But I still feel like a kid too.

I started feeling old in between 24 and 25, now it's all getting worse... Turning 26 in April, not a good feeling, I'm starting to 'feel' my age

I turned 30 in October and thought that I would feel old then...but I agree that it really is a state of mind and I still feel like a kid sometimes!! I do sometimes feel old when I see the kids hanging around in the mall and remembering when I used to do that or seeing a group of teens and somehow wishing that I could be one again!! Age to me is only a number and I hope that I will alway's somehow feel young!!

Happy Birthday! I'm 28 too. I think it's when I realized that I had no desire to go bar hopping, and got tired around 10:00. But you know, we are really not old, so cheer up and enjoy your B-day!

You know your old when you get ready to go out on the weekends at 6pm, for me that was 29.
Also you know your old when you go to a bar and I look for a bar stool.

I'm 30 and don't feel old yet!!! Definitely a state of mind. I have those feeling old moments - like when I am really hungover and I didn't even drink that much the night before or sometimes when you see tennagers doing stuff and I say when I was that age- but those moments aren't that frequent. Most part I am young at heart!

Don't feel old yet. I am 26 DH is 28. We are buying a house right now and when we went in there they thought we were much younger. until we showed them id.
You got to feel young to look young. You start feeling old you starting looking old. We do not want that

I don't know if I felt old, necessarily, but I didn't want to age after 17...seriously, I started counting my birthdays backwards then! I'm 28 now -- I still don't feel old but I think I'm going to stay 28 for a couple of years!
