Does anyone know how to upload pictures to shutterfly that are not the jpeg format???

If you open them up on your computer picture program, go to save as and then save them as jpeg.

it only gives me the option of saving the picture as .bmp

I asked frank and he said you need to change it from a BMP to a JPEG and you need imaging software to do this.. like photshop..

ok do this:

go to the website

right click on the pic

copy the properties

come back here and insert web image
