This is what we got for our BMs:
We custom made tote bags that said 'Bridesmaid' and 'Maid of Honor' on them and filled them with pampering and 'day of survival' goodies. The main gift though was a Coach wristlet. Here's the other stuff we got- most of it was from the dollar bins at Michael's unless otherwise noted. -Apple Green Pashminas (Purchased on the street in Manhattan) -Black Flip Flops (Old Navy) -Mini Champagne/Toasting Flute -5 Hour Energy -Mini Hair Spray Bottle -Travel manicure kit -Aspirin -Mints -Mouth Wash -Hand sanitizer -Wisp Tooth Brush -Shout Wipes -Sewing Kit -Sleeping Mask -Bath Bombs -Monogrammed Luggage Tags -Back Massager -Purse Valet (Purchased from Wrap With Us in Syosset) -Heart Compact Mirror (Purchased from Wrap With Us in Syosset) -Keychain -Customized Water Bottles And tons more stuff!

Ohhh this is a good idea! See if you can book something with a group rate at a nice spa. The Spa at East Wind has something called 'My Best Friends Wedding' and it includes lunch!

No way! I didn't give jewelry. When I was a BM, I got jewelry and absolutely hated it. So it was a waste.

that is totally the trouble with jewelry..whats gorgeous and 'special' to the bride might be like UGHHHH to the bridesmaid! I am giving oversized pearls for them to wear the day of the wedding but they were 30 bucks a pop....not like mikimotos. I want their gifts to be super special!

I gave my girls gc's to spafinder.com so this way they could go to a spa close to where they live. I also did a bottle of bridesmaid wine each, foot rollz and a hair flower. MOH's got a higher gc and also a freshwater pearl necklace. Everyone seemed to really like them!

I plan on giving my BM Tory Burch zip wallets - they $195 each and are big enough to be used as a clutch the night of the wedding (my BM are wearing long black gowns).

our gifts to the girls:
-Personalized beach totes -flip flops and nail polish (was going to give gc for mani/pedi and massage but dh hated that idea....went with the diamond necklace instead) -personalized coffee glass/margarita glass/ ice cream glass or wine glass depending on each girls preference -diamond necklace -doj earrings
-crumbs cupcake (bridal shower thank you gift) with a picture frame
