for there menues? i love chelain sea bass so we will have that. but we are going tonight to figure all this out. im getting hungry just thinking about it. its all becoming SO REAL!!!!
My 4 choices are Filet Mignon (yummy - my fav), Salmon, Eggplant Rollatini and Chicken Francaise

I don't mean to be Debbie Downer, but I read somwhere recently that what you would be getting with Chilean Sea Bass, is not really Sea Bass, but a fish that is very similar. Just an FYI

I don't mean to be Debbie Downer, but I read somwhere recently that what you would be getting with Chilean Sea Bass, is not really Sea Bass, but a fish that is very similar. Just an FYI

We will have 5 options. We havent chosen them yet BUT there are more costly items that are usually given an upcharge (Chilean sea bass [assuming its the REAL sea bass of course] and Chateau Briand) that we wouldnt not be charged extra for because its a winter wedding. WOO HOO!
