what are some crazy outragous things to do for wedding

i want to do something so unique that no1's ever seen before but i cant think of anything. just an example of some things photobooth(but i feel so many people do it now), i saw on a tv show a walking desert table, things like that. can anyone think of anything?

My husband and I don't have 'typical' taste in music (we like Jungle, Drum and Bass, Hardcore) but I doubt my parents friends, or his grandma for that matter, want to hear thar kind of music. So we were thinking of hiring Jen Mas (one of our favorite DJs) to play for a half hour at the end of the party. She isn't going to charge us much because we have known her so long. This way our guests will have a good time, but we can still add a bit of 'us' to the music. I think this could work with other types of music too, you could hire a local band to play covers or hire a Janis Jopplin impersonator, etc.
i totally understand you... dont like 'typical' or i would say popular music we will have 90% of music we love and don't care what everyone thinks. CH will mostly be led zeppelin Dinner music and dancing - british invasion and other stuff from the 60's. Will keep drinks coming and I'm sure my friends in their 20's will dance to anything

fire works show at nights end??
how would you go about this???? id love to do it since my wedding is on the water on a sunday night and will end at 10pm... it would be a perfect end!!!! im gonna google and see but if anyone has any info.... please pass on!!!!!!!!!

Maybe you could talk to your RH. I don´t remember which one it was, but one of the RHs that I talked to actually had this as an option. I think they had a boat and did them from there. I hadn´t heard of it before so I´m not sure if many of the RHs on the water do it or not. But it might be worth asking about. Plus even if they don´t they also might not allow this.

Nothing too outrageous, but I had baskets with slippers and pashminas. They were a HUGE hit. One of the captains from Crescent Beach told me he'd never seen anything like it. The women descended on the baskets like it was 'sale day at Loehmann's.' LOL

I did it in addition to the favor. My DOC bought the pashminas and slippers in Chinatown for me. I think she was able to negotiate the slippers down to about $2 per pair and the pashminas were about $3 or $4 each. We put them in baskets and had them on a table outside the ballroom with a sign. Unfortunately, some people were greedy and took 2 or more pashminas each, so others didn't get any, but all in all, it was a hit!
