no its helpful- definitely.
i like club music b/c its fast and i tend to work out to the beat of the music i am listening to..lol

OMG.....I love working out to ...I can't believe I am saying this....OLD SCHOOL BRITNEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I especially love Toxic!!!!!!!!! I always step it up a knothch on the treadmill to that!!!
