ask photographer vendors?

I have some that I already know of but I wonder what else you ladies may have asked that it a must ask question.

definitely to see some of their work! possibly at your venue, this will really help you decide if you think their shooting style is for you or not. also ask about if your DJ has 'zap shots' or anything extra, if that would be ok with the photographer. AND get your rights to your photos and a cd of them so you can print freely :)

I asked if they were familiar with our venue, to see picture from our venue, how they work reveals (we are seeing each other before hand), turnaround time for edited photos, raw photos, and albums. Who has photo rights, and if we do, do we have the rights immediately. How do parent album photos get chosen (are they clones or do parents pick). And then as they talk obviously more questions come up!

how many photos (edited) will you get when all is said and done, how many weddings do you photograph a year, ask to see full galleries (ie getting ready to last song of the night), also agree with what other girls have said above.

it was really important to FH and me that we BOND with the photographer - it was like love at first sight when we met Laura ... just instantly we had a connection and felt like she 'got' us.
