MISSED PERIOD,NAUSEA, ALWAYS TIRED, CRAMPS, BOOBS HURT. THESE ARE SOME SIGNS.

with my first son it was sore breasts, very very sore and I thought I had mono. This was even before a missed period.
With this one I think the main thing was a missed period, but I was confused because my tests were coming up negative and I was having no other symptoms.
It could be a mix of things, but mostly I think its nausea, being extremely tired, a missed period and/or sore breasts.

Some people have nothing at all..
I was on fertility drugs so we knew when I conceieved Dec 25 1997, we left to go back to Ny we had been visiting my parents in Ny I threw up so much we almost missed out flight into Lagauardia from TPA on the 2nd of Jan...
You will feel nauaseated, tummy cramps maybe since everything is stretching to make room, dizzy, sleepy, faint, NIPS will Really hurt or maybe mild..
Also smells that didn't bother you before will bother you now, one of my dh colognes he used to put on made me so sick, I also couldn't go into the meat department.
Also food some foods you liked now you won't when your pregnant, daughter never liked if i ate swiss cheese and too this day she still doesn't like swiss cheese ....
