what are some unique things that you are adding to your wedding?
I am trying to organize and think of things that would be great little touches at the ceremony or reception. Any DIY ideas also?

not sure about unique, but haven't been to wedding that did these and until I joined this site, I wouldn;t have thought of most of them:
ceremony is in the evening outside - lots of candle lighting having white lights rather than flowers at the gazaebo playing modern ceremony music having a wine ceremony
CH steel drummer white lounge furniture mash potato bar tropical bar sushi vodka and caviar bar with ice sculpture
Recep Photo booth (Partybooth) DJ full out club feel with truss lighting, lighted DJ booth, zap shots, name in lights, love vocalist for dinner uplighting Slipper basket
