It really depends on the person. When I found out I was pregnant, I obviously had a missed period, slight cramping, exhausted and a positive preggo test. Other women have had different signs. I still feel normal, like I'm not pregnant and I'm going to be 7 weeks.

i got realllly bad crapms which i thought were period cramps, i missed my period and my belly was already getting so big... and that was just at 6 weeks! i just 'felt' pregnant. my back ached alot too.

I had mild cramping ..that was about it! I missed my period and took a HPT and it was positive. I didn't have any other symptoms until about 6 weeks, then I was nauseous and exhausted until about my 12 week.

I was getting cramps a week before AF was due and my boobs were extremely sensitive.
I took a test 3 days before AF was due and got a HPT+.

My signs were...
...my boobs were really sore and I was hungry all the time. I dont really get cramps normally when it's that time of the month so that wasnt a sign for me. I also noticed that my usual bloating I get right before AF wasnt going away. I also went to the bathroom a lot.

Figure out when you had your last period and if you skip a month then take a home test.
