What are the things you have to really get done but haven't?

For me its making the guest list ... I know its July and still didn't do that. Still have to order invites and favors... I need to really start looking.

Cutting the guest list...m/u needs to be booked...start doing hair trials and shoes!!! Like ASAP!

For me it's really just the BP gifts. I started the girls, but did nothing for the guys yet. This is def. one thing I will be doing last minute because I keep seeing different things and I don't want to jump the gun, buy things now and regret it later.

all vendors have been booked and invites are going out next month. It's more the stupid little things like the place card holders, ordering favors and the dreaded seating chart

All the 'fun' stuff is done. It's all about the grunt work now!
