What are they building across the street from Fortunoff's?

They look like townhouses or something... I hope they aren't retirement communities, they look really nice, but I'm sure if they aren't retirement, they are a fortune.

I believe they are luxury rentals.

ETA: I also heard that condos (2 complexes) were being built in Westbury (one right by the train station) so maybe that's going to be the 2nd complex. But anyway, I did originally hear they were gonig to be rentals.

Well, I think they're rentals also... and FYI... my phone number is ONE number off from THEIR number, so I get like 5 calls a day about the 'RENTAL Advertised' AHHHHHHHHHH! (Even Real Eastate people are calling for info from me! ha ha)

Too bad they are rentals... although living across the street from Cheesecake Factory might not have been such a good idea - I would be big as a house!

They are also bldg an assisted living/over 50 complex over there.

The rentals look nice. I am sure they will be expensive.

I heard they were low income housing. My friends works for Home Depot Expo and he told us that.
