What are we thankful for?

I'm so thankful that I get to marry my very best friend. And I'm thankful for my family and friends and for good health. Thanksgivings just get better every year and this is going to be the best one yet!

What are you girls thankful for this Thanksgiving??

So many things.....

I'm thankful for FH every single day. I'm thankful that in this awful economy, we have secure jobs. I'm thankful that we and those we love are healthy. I'm thankful that FH and I both realize that in the crazy excitement and stress of wedding planning, we haven't lost sight of the fact that it's about the two of us spending our lives together.

I could go on and on and on......

I thikn the question I should ask is 'what am I NOT thankful for...' I have so many things to be thankful for it would take me forever to write them out!

I completely agree. Any time I start getting down about work, our money or living situation or stress with the wedding, I think about how lucky I am to have the type of stress I do and count my many blessings.

I am thankful for the fact that fh and I are together after being long distance for so long. That I found a job I love in NY. That my family and friends are being so amazing during wedding planing. And that during the economy, my close family and friends have stable jobs right now.

I am thankful for so much. First, FH and the Family and Friends. I am also thankful to have a secure job as well (ditto to who whoever said that!) I am also thankful for the help from our families we are getting for the wedding- we couldn't have done it without them.

I'm thankful that even though I have my issues, I am in relatively good health, and while it's meager, I do have a steady paycheck.

I'm thankful that I currently have a roof over my head, even though I probably won't in a year.

I'm thankful for FH, even though lately we haven't been getting along as much.

I'm thankful that I only have 374 days of grief left.

I'm thankful that at least a small handful here get my sense of humor, and won't be offended by this post

* my health
* my FH and being blessed with true love
* ILs who really are like family
* my brother's 5 years cancer-free this december
* my BFF of 20 years (all you really need is one true friend)
* a secure job
* the money to travel and plan a wedding
* the unconditional love of the sweetest pet who ever lived
* the power to influence over 100 young minds a year

I am SO thankful for SO much even though this will be a very bittersweet Thanksgiving for me. I am thankful for FH, for always being there for me and being my source of strength when I need it. I am thankful for my family, friends and my health... Mostly, I am thankful that my stepdad is recovering form his surgery and that the cancer did not upgrade the stage 4...While he will not be home for a few weeks (He cannot move his left side at all and needs to stay at an in-patient rehab facility) I am thankful that he is in one of the best cancer hospitals in the U.S. and he is getting top of the line treatment.

And on a happier note.. I am thankful for all of the dessert I will get to eat tomorrow... GUILT FREE!!!!!

I am truly thankful for every single thing in my life. With the year I had I really learned not to take things for granted.

I'm also thankful that I signed up for this website and met some truly wonderful ladies.
