We're naming them after flowers, I bought pretty pewter frames and I printed out pics of flowers and wrote the name underneath.

We are naming our tables after places we'll be on our honeymoon...
Nice, Barcelona, Venice, Athens, Santorini......

But I really liked the idea of LI beaches. That is such a great idea.

I've stuggled with what to name the tables. I thought about NYC landmarks, NYC street names (Wall, Fifth, Canal, Broadway,....), famous couples (Ricky and Lucy, Romeo and Juliet...) or romantic movies (Casablanca, Breakfast at Tiffany's,...)

But I think we are pretty settled now.

ok, ever since seeing this post weeks ago Ive been thinking about this. Im going with numbers, but I really liked the website that aussiegirl posted. so im going to try this weekend to put our names, date, table # and then on the back I will put like a poem or verse of some sort. (from that same site aussiegirl posted) thank you aussiegirl! I just went to staples and bought 'notepaper which i will fold in 1/2 and glue (tape) together. now problem becomes, holders! so i am on a search this weekend for holders for these darn things. Im looking at different place card holders.

wedding is 2 weeks away, why not add more stuff?

Liz, I just realized you have no theme, not that it matters, you have made it this far w/o one, so no need to sweat. The ones they have at CB are boring, if you can make some nicer ones like aussiegrl posted above do it.

I know, I haven't had time to focus on this unfortunatley, so I think I will make them myself to match my silver and a little peach

The cardstock and holders didn't work out too good - here's what I did instead ($2.50 Kmart frmes and a can of navy spray paint !!)
