What are you and FH obsessive /compulsive about, if anything?

Original post by debismom

I know Debi is about her stuff getting scratched or broken; I don't know if I would say that Fred is oc, but he seems definitely, to 'passionately' embrace all things re: healthy eating and exercise. I care less about keeping a tidy house than helping people, but I do get picky about cleanliness in restaurants, and have been known to check the silverware and coffee cups!! Mary MOB

omg im laughing so hard!!

FH IS SOOOO OCD....his closet is in perfect condition color order all pants on one side shirts on the other..he has the moving tie rack..when he wears a shirt he puts it to the end of the line so he doesnt where the same outfit too close to one another. His draws are IMMACULATE!...there is not one unfolded piece of clothing. When he brushes his teeth he has to do listerine then floss then brush then scope then rinse..no joke its a 15 minute process. God forbid I eat or move his car seat in his car..and shoot me if i bring in a leaf!!!..hahahaha It seriously is sooo funny!

Oh and when he goes out on his crotch rocket..he comes back and has to wax the whole thing!..it cant go back into the garage without being clean.

Me i cant htink of any

well fh is OCD and about quite a few things. In his closet all the hangers have to face the same way, everything has to be in a certain order. Dress shirts together, jerseys, track jacets and then certain things need 2 hangers. Also he only keeps summer clothes out during the summer and same for winter. First day of spring he switches everything around, and same for winter bc he never wears light colors in the winter then even how things are in the drawer and very OCD about how things get folded. Even if you do it the same way as him he has a thing to unfold it and do it himself.

He also has a weird thing with the bed being made. He cant go to bed unless the bed is made and he prefers to lay on top of the covers. If after he gets cold which is rare then he'll put covers on but now he just uses my slanket to cover himself and lays on the covers.

Same with most things they have to be in a certain order.

Those are a few things but he is seriously OCD lol

I know I have said this before but I am just like your FH. My closet, draws if one thing is out of order it would keep me up at night. And forget it the closet door CAN NOT be left open. I even fold my underwear a certain way. Both FH and I are OCD but about different things so we balance each other out and we can totally relate to each other's quirks.

LOL I can't sleep if my closet door is open! ANd I can't sleep if I know somehing is sticking out a drawer. Its so weird but it bugs me!!!!!
