Just curious. We're still working out all of the details. I pretty much have the limo, photography, and reception venue budget figured out but have no idea what to plan for with regards to flowers. Any ideas?

Keep in mind that not everybody posts what they spend on certain things for many reasons. Some are privacy issues and some just dont care to hear 'OMG I can't believe what you are spending on blah blah blah.' Remember that some of us spend money in some places where others do not. So the posts may not necessarily be accurate representations of all floral budgets. Some are much lower and some are much higher.

there are a lot of factors to take into play. how many bouquets, how many cp, and how many flowers per centerpiece. Also, I think the stands may vary (high or low, etc.) im only having around 120 and im spending almost 3k bc im having 3 1/2 dozen flowers per cp. i dont like green, so i wanted to make sure that it was as ivory as i could get it.

I DIDNT WANT TO SPEND MORE THAN 2K AND I WOUND UP GETTING QUOTED FOR AROUND $1700 AT BURTONS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. FOR ANY FLOWER YOU WANT. IM DOING CALLA LILIES.

I agree with this 100% I am spending more than most people have listed here and I'm sure there are others out there that are spending even more than me. It's about what you can afford, if flowers are important to you, and what flowers you love. Good luck!

So if we budget 2000 and I want mostly candles with just some flowers for CP's and my bridal party is 6 ppl on my side (1 MOH, 2BM, 1JrBM, 3FG's), I should be okay then?

Im doing white and green hydrangeas, champagne and white roses, white and green raunculus, white dendrobium orchids, white China berries, and some other green add ons...oh I might do a few Calla lillies...

Budgeted in the ballpark of around $2000 - 2400. Actually came in at $1250.
However, I have my Bo-K, (red roses and orchids) 5 BM Bo-K's (red & white roses) 8 boutonierres (All roses, except for FH which is a rose and an orchid) 2 small bo-ks of 6 roses each for the mothers, 10 low CPs of roses and candles.
I didn't factor in ceremony flowers, cake flowers or anything else yet, and I may have to, but I don't expect the changes to bring it to more than $1500.

I am one of the lucky ones. FH's family owns flower shops all around Brooklyn.....Yey!!
