What are you doing as you come out of the church?

I have been trying to decide this for a while. Bubbels, rose pettal? something else? Any ideas? What is everyone doing?

white rose petals mixed with lavendar in cones made with the sheet music of our wedding song...

We're doing rose petals. I'm going to make the petal cones I saw on the MS website. Our harpist requested no bubbles, so we went with petals.

I did rose petals (different shades of pink - my color for BM's dresses and flowers) and heart shapped rice.

Too bad no one listened to the photographer and I didn't get an action picture

We're using freeze dried rose petals. The florist told us fresh ones, especially white wilt too fast.

My church only allows rice, of all things. I was under the impression no one allowed rice anymore...I was wrong. I saw a bag of 'wedding rice' in a catalog today...all of the grains are in the shape of a heart and they are supposedly designed to disintegrate when wet. I had my heart set on rose petals, but hey, what can you do?

(we're not having anything thrown b/c were not doiong a receiving line b/c it will be cold, and we need to take pics quickly so i can get to the reception and get my drink on!)
