Our 1-year anniv's will be here before we know it!!!
Of course we would LOVE to go back to Tahiti, but that's so not happening.... ever.
We actually aren't sure what to do... we have a family vaca to Puerto Rico in Feb, bachelor/bachelorette party for len's bro and fiance in Florida in March, a wedding in Florida in April, len's bro's wedding in Florida in May. Our anniv is in June. What should we do? We're already flying 3x in a row (feb, march & april) and driving to FL in May... we want to do something but not sure I want to deal with flying AGAIN in June.
We were thinking Vegas, but we might save that for Sept/Oct.
What are your plans?

Nothing exciting...we're spending all out $ to go to Bermuda in March for our friends wedding so the travel fund will be empty

Well, we'll see what the money situation is like in a few months, but most likely we will just go for dinner at WM.

Re: What are you doing for your one year anniversary?
We are spending a week in Cabo in May so I think we'll keep it low key for our anniversary in June. Maybe just a really nice dinner somewhere.

Re: What are you doing for your one year anniversary?
I am not sure. I may be too pregnant to fly anywhere, so maybe we will just steal my parents Montauk house for the weekend, I love going out ther ein the winter (we did for New Year's last year)

Love the pic, Leslie!!!!!!
We're def going back to Stonebridge to have dinner there for our 1st anniversary. And then we'll dive into the top of our cake!!!!!!
Since we weren't thrilled with our wedding pics we're thinking of doing a day-after shoot, I think it would be nice to do for our anniversary!!

Re: What are you doing for your one year anniversary?
Dear husband and I decided to use the wedding money we got for a new place to live rather than a honey moon. But now that we are settled and are doing well, we plan on going to Italy and have our honeymoon on our anniversary. That way we get the best of both worlds!

Re: What are you doing for your one year anniversary?
Port Douglas (Australia) or New Zealand or Tahiti or Thailand or Fiji (as long as there isnt a coup).
We cant decide, but somewhere local, while we live here.

Re: What are you doing for your one year anniversary?
Well considering we had to postpone our Tahiti honeymoon.....our honeymoon and 1 Year Anniv. will fall in the same year so not sure what we will do. Also our anniv. falls over Thanksgiving so every resort charges more $ for a holiday weekend...we may go away to Anguilla in Oct. There is this great little resort - sister resort to the ultra exclusive Cap Julaca - it is fairly new so they have great rates....Ku. You should check it out.
Or you could go up to Vermont or somewhere in the New England area to a nice bed and breakfast. I can give you some recommendations if you need any.
OR a great low price trip is the no frills Cruise line...Easy Cruise. They have a deal right now for a 7 day cruise thru the Caribbean (St. Barts, Anguilla, Antigua, Nevis - I forget where else) for just $135 a person! Yes that's around $20 a night! You just have to fly down to St. Marteen which I guess could get expensive. And that price only includes your room onboard - does not include meals or drinks or anything. You get into each port very early so the idea is to get off and eat all your meals out. It's a great way to get away for cheap....just don't expect a lot of pampering or anything. Those islands are so nice too!
I am sure you'll find something to do - good luck and enjoy!
