What are you doing to keep your teeth pearly white?

As of now I've been using whitening tooth pastes. I plan on using the crest strips starting this summer. I've used the listerine whitening but I get this gross film in my mouth after. FH said he wants to get it professionally done. No clue where he's coming up with the money for that

JUST AN FYI...my last dentist was going to partically put whitening thru my insurance...here is how. He said I was grinding and clenchy in my sleep and that I would need a mouthpiece. The moutpiece would be partially covered and is the same mouthpiece used for whitening . All I would have to do it buy the bleach which is like $20-30. SOOO I am going to see if my new dentist will do this too!

I'm going to the dentist for my annual cleaning about 2 months before and I'm going to use the white strips as well. My dentist might also do a professional whitening. He usually is able to put it through my insurance under a regular cleaning.

Really? That's what i'm afraid of

everybody is different but for me they were very uncomfortable and i couldnt keep doing it

For now I have been trying to drink coffee through a straw (my dentist recommended that) and extra brushing. My teeth are surprisingly very white considering I do smoke a bit and drink a lot of coffee. FH and I are prob going to do either Zoom or Brite Smile once the wedding gets closer.

Listerine rinse is gross, and i brush really well after, but the film is everywhere, yuk.

my cousin did the dentist trays u wear at home and loved it

going to dentist in 2 wks and will ask

FH and I are going for Zoom this summer. It is expensive BUT neither of us have the patience to do the trays everynight or the strips everyday.

Also i liked the crest strips but I hate that it doesn't cover every tooth.

I bought the 5-minute Crest strips last night b/c they were on sale at Rite Aid. When should I start doing them? How long do the effects last? My wedding is still 5 months away.

how much are they charging you? I am paying $300 for zoom which is the price for it but some dentists jack up the price

I think there are 40 days worth in the box. I'm just worried if I don't start them til July and they don't work or Im not happy, I don't have time to try something else then. If I did start them now, would the results last 5 months?
