What are you doing with your pets
the day of the wedding?

I really want my dog to be there when I'm getting ready I just hope she behaves. Its either that and she stays at my parents house until night or we take her for boarding. Still deciding.

They'll be at home with FH. I'll be in a hotel. Cats are pretty self sufficient. IDK what the FIL's are doing wiht the pups.

i have no idea... i think about it all the time... everyone i know would take her is invited to the wedding... and I have NO clue about what were going to do with her for our HM!!! ugh

we'll probably bring her up to fil's house since we're going to be away for the following two weeks......i just don't know who will take care of her the day of......i guess whoever is taking care of THEIR dogs.

i WISH i could include my cats in pics. they are such an important part of my life but cats are different then dogs, they will run and wont come out until strangers are gone

This is also why we are not getting a puppy right now. But as soon as we get home from our HM we are going to start looking for one

my mom is getting a babysitter for our dogs yup thats right they have ever been left alone for more then 3 hours, So they will freak if we are gone for about 8. Fh dog can will be okay intill fmil gets home that night!

well we are leaving for our honeymoon the day after the wedding...and we are having my dad and step mom watch the puppy. they live in PA though so we will have to drive her out there like 3 days before the wedding. and the 2 days my parents on on LI for the wedding my step-mother's mom will watch her.

I don't think my ferret will be around that long. Honestly, I think she's past her time... but in the event that she's still here... then i imagine my mother will take care of her, like she always does when I go away. if not, my aunt.. she's one of the few ppl that doesn't mind her.

Same here! Also - I am getting dressed at my parents house - Mom has a cat who is super cute but also quasi-pyscho. Bella (the cat) will be either at someones house or put in a room while everyone is getting dressed bc I am too scared she will claw up mine or someone else's dress!

I would love it if our dog could be there, but since we are leaving him with fil's while on the hm, he will be going to the doggy spa (i know i'm crazy) for the night of and then staying with them while we are away.

I am trying to fly her home, which you just reminded me i need to look into how!! Doggy spa for like a month will be just as expensive might as well bring her back to NY

I was thinking about doing the spa thing as well ....and i think we are going to have to board them during the HM...2 weeks...$100/night (2 dogs) = $1400 to board but we may have no choice

ughh, i dont know..

we have 2 dogs..a golden retriever and a black lab/rottweiler mix.

Im not too worried about the wedding day and i really want to get pictures taken with them!

now the honeymoon, no idea. No one wants to babysit 2 huge, hyper dogs. lol

My big stupid fluffball will stay his bad self home for that weekend...we'll overload the bowl with food or put out extra food or something.

As for the honeymoon, my mom will come by and feed him everyday.

We haven't figured it out yet... might have a her stay at a cousins for the wedding night. We have to board or do a sitter while were on honeymoon though cuz were flying out of dc
