what are you doing with your wedding dress after the wedding?
how many of you are preserving and keeping your dress and how many of you are thinking about selling it or giving it away?

I believe I'll send mine to Poland as as donation. The older I get the less sentimental I become so i don't feel the need to keep it.

Right now it's in a bag on the floor of the guest room...
I need to do something with it!! Probably just preserve it.

I was just talking to my mom about this on Wed. night - Mom will take my dress to the cleaners while we are on our hm and then I'll box it up. I told her maybe I could use the material to make christening gowns for our children in the future....

Mine is still hanging on the outside of the closet door. I stop and stare at it longingly every so often.....I still haven't decided what to do with it either.

Im not sure yet. I mean obviously we could use the money, but im not too sure if i could part with it. Besides, its been so tailored to me, that i dont know how many people it would fit either.

Ill preserve it and then have part of it made into a christening dress for the babies that we will hoepfully be blessed with!!

I plan on making a bassinet out of it. Something I can pass down to the next generation.
