What are you favorite sneakers?

I need to get new sneakers and I usually get Nikes.

I want to try new sneakers, what do you recommend for someone who does either step aerobics, kickboxing, and high-low 4 - 5 times a week.

I'm not a big sneaker wearer, but I've found that New Balance's fit me the best!

I have used Nike Air Pegasus for about 15 years...if I use anything else I will get bad shin splints...

but you will have to find sneakers that best fit you by trial and error...

I love new balance for classes. If you have weaker ankles or tend to 'roll-out' when in classes then get the aerobic-mid-high shoe, for more support through the ankle.

I like my DMX reeboks for running.

Ryka, totally owned and operated by women for women. Still love Nike tho' but I only wear Ryka for my working out
