Girls - coach wristlets, DOJ, I paid for their hair (I think it's a practical gift and helps make being a BM cheaper) and cute candles that had the word 'Bridesmaid' spelled out around different words describing friendships.

Guys - Cufflinks. We were at a loss for this but really wanted to do more for the girls since they helped with my shower, planned an awesome bach party and have more expenses and involvement.
