I WHAT FAVORS IS EVERYONE GIVING TO THEIR GUESTS AND WHERE DID YOU PURCHASE THEM.

BM: gold ball earings and paid for their manicures & pedicures:
GM: leather traveling kit from Chanel with a bunch of goodies inside

In the greek tradition, the bm buys the favors...hence the generous gift we gave him.

Bridesmaids: Pearl Necklaces and Earrings.

Ushers: Knapsack Coolers from Eddie Bauer.

I am getting my BMs jewerly to wear that day, a mini BM book and this hankie

For our GM we brought them personalized money clips and personalized shot glass.

I am not sure what kind of favor yet but probably this

Bridesmaids: A cosmetic bag in sage and ivory, engraved compact mirrors, jeweled picture frames and organza bags with bath beads

MOH: same as above plus a cloth jewelry case

GMs: Maybe if FH would get up off his butt for our wedding that is in 3 months, I'd have an answer to this question....

BMs- Coach make-up bags, engraved candle holder with 8 candles (things remembered), terry cloth robes, hankies, small photo album, picture frame (for picture I will give from wedding)

MOH - same but with more things (I think a coach wallet and day at the spa - haven't picked yet)

GM- Will get Fossil watches and shot glasses with name engraved, picture frame (picture from wedding)

BM- A Diamond Fossil watch, shotglass, picture frame

FGs - Bookbag (personalized) filled with fun things

i love the ideas of the manicure and pedicures all together. A day spa type thing.. LOVE it!

I came up with this great idea to make shadow boxes for both my parents and my FH parents. Filled with pictures from childhood and hopefully some wedding although i am not sure on that yet and filling it will little memntos from over the years.

That way they can hang it on their walls and always have a reminder of how much we love them.

We were thinking of doing that with the wedding party as well. But I think that is overkill so for now just our parents.

Girls- austrian crystal neck and earrings gave MOH a matching bracele also

also heart compacts w/ their name engraved and nine west wrislet purses

Guys omaha steaks gift certificates

favors are rose petal soaps and almonds in sachet

BM - silver-link bracelet and GC to spa. Also bought them jewelry for the wedding (custom)

GM - hunting knives and box of nice cigars

Parents - B&B reservations out East

FG - Madam Alexdre flowergirl doll and silver-link bracelet with their initial

RB - Silver-plated train bank and watch.

I am getting my girls their necklaces.... white sapphire teardrops along a white gold necklace. Each one has 7 teardrops in graduating sizes. My sister (MOH) will have an amethyst as the main pendant.

My groomsmen are getting silver pocketwatches with a light blue chrome face... they of course will be inscribed. The B/M is getting it in White Gold & he is also getting the matching business card carrier (He just got a corporate job, so it kins fits for him) and the matching money clip.

I got it all from my jeweler - Forever Diamonds in Massapqua. Even though they didn't have the stuff I wanted, they sat down w/me & custom made it all.

ETA: our favors are still a bit up in the air, but we are considering small lenox vases for each guest.
