i'm just giving him a set of cufflinks engraved for him to wear that day. i'd like to do more but budget won't allow it.

We've decided on no presents. The honeymoon is going to be our present to each other (since it's WAY more than we thought we'd spend )

yeah same as us. our gifts to each other are our wedding bands and honeymoon. there's so much money being spent that we really don't care about a gift on that day. maybe i'll write him a letter or poem that he can open that morning...something sweet but simple.

I was going to get him like male jewlery of some sort- then decided I will give him a 'coupon' for the biggest TV that can fit in our apt-- we will be moving the end of this year and our living room can support our 27' TV and that's it- at least from my perspective.

I kept telling him that when we move, we can get a bigger TV-- so, a big HDTV he will get..

I know I will be kickign myself later for this.. but I know he will LOVE and use more than let's say a pocket watch. Although, I would probably rather give him a pocket watch- it is more sentimental.

I'm really on the fence about this. We were recently checking out watches at Tourneau and there was this really hot Movado watch he loved. But its just so much money! And then there's the beagle puppy he's always wanted. Or a big-screen TV. Or nothing? With all the money we're spending on the wedding, plus the fact that we'll be making mortgage payments starting in April, I just don't know if I can do it. But I really want to...ugh!

I got my husband an outdoor firepit for our backyard that he LOVES, sterling silver celtic cufflinks that match our wedding bands, and silk pajamas for the night of the wedding.

Me too ... once on honeymoon we bought be a beautiful piece of Tanzanite we are going to have set into a ring or pendant for myself and we bought a beautiful hand carved African mask made of Mahongany wood for him, which we'll hang in our living room

We've talked about me getting him a Tag Huer (sp?) watch, and I've agreed to it - - - I just have NO idea where I'll find the money!!

An obscenely large flat screen TV. He'll be getting it after the wedding though when we move into our new apartment.

I'm going to get him a framed picture of the Bethpage Black Course (our wedding is at the Carlyle, overlooking the Black, and he's a golf fanatic.)

Me too!! He has mentione dthat he'd like a nice pair of cufflinks so I thought it was the perfect occassion.

We've decided not to get each other seperate gifts...instead we're going to Europe for 3.5 weeks for our HM...
