What are you girls doing for your Bachelorette party?
Are you goinng to a club/bar or more laid back spa day?
I am in my early 30s and most of my friends are married and some are pregnant! ugh! I was thinking of a day at the spa and back to my apratment for wine? too farty?--when I know FH is going out with the guys --probably some strippers--you know the whole bachelor party thing!
any ideas of what to do?

Same here...we are all in our early 30's (the youngest is 28 FSIL). This is exactly what we are doing on April 28th
We are going to Sparty which is a place solely dedicated to spa partys. Drink cocktails, have some snacks and get pampered from 3-6PM
Then we are checking into the W Union Square, getting changed and heading over to Indocine for dinner at 9:30. We might change this to Buddakhan. Not sure yet.
From there we are going to Gotham Comedy to see a few stand-up acts and then heading back to the hotel lounge for a couple of drinks and then calling it a night.
The same day is FH's bach party. They are going to the Yankee/BoSox game and then going to a Morrocan restaurant with belly dancers (that's his think if ya know what I mean) He and some of the guys are going to meet us at the comedy club. We are going for Sunday brunch in the moring.
Clearly we like food and drinks

My girls rented a limo for the night. We all went to a girlfriends house to have drinks and get ready.....open presents and all that fun stuff. Then we drove around the city for a bit, went out to dinner, then went to a country bar! Had sooooo much fun!
But you know what, a spa day would be a WONDERFUL option too....especially since some of your girls are prego Just sitting around, talking 'girl' stuff....and all that jazz
It's all about spending time with your girls and celebrating your day, so whatever you chose to do in the end, I know you'll have a great time!

We are having all the girls meet up aty my house, go out to dinner somewhere around my house, dinner will include my mom, fmil, fsil(pregnant) and some of my older cousins, then we are going back to my house, waiting for the limo and going out to the Hamtons club. We are going 08/25/07, hitting the Hamptons club and coming back to my house to pass out. Bagels in the morning.

I am 31 and my friends are in the same boat as your friends, I threw some ideas at them of Awesome 80's prom, Mets game and dinner, Beach and sleepover, the one night cruise an above poster mentioned, a comedy club, karaoke. I don't drink and my friends aren't really big drinkers either so I didn't want it to revolve around bars! Have fun, but if it hurts your head to think about it (like me ) give the job to your girls with a list of ideas! They know you and will plan a fabulous time!

We're doing a laid back spa day. First we're going to have brunch, then off to the spa for about 5 hours, and then out to dinner (Hibachi).

thats what we're doing too!! i'm not sure where we're staying, FSIL is taking care of everything and wants to surprise me. all i know is that its august 4th.

I am also in my 30's and so are my BMs- kinda feel like an old raisin! We will probably do a yummy dinner and then go see Naked Boys Singing or go to the Awesome 80's Prom! No strippers for me...never liked them!

my MOH is hosting a 'sexytime' toy party..and then maybe hit a club for dancing and drinks nothing too harsh mine will be 2 days b4 the wedding

We are all 29, with the exception of my sister (26) and my FSIL who is 17. The running idea right now is that we will use my MOH's fam's house in Sag Harbor as the crash pad, and then we'll do a spa day and then a nice dinner out.

We went to dinner at Viva Loco, then went to my cousins house where the limo picked us up, and we brought along Jello shots, beer, liquer.. then went into the city to CHI lounge, and then ended up at Porky's!
