My church is very strict and says only bird seed can be thrown. I do NOT want bird seed in my hair or down my dress.
I don't love the wands.
I love the rose petal cannons, but I don't think my church will go for that.
Any other ideas?
My friend mentioned letting balloons go, but isn't that bad for the environment? And isn't something supposed to technically be 'thrown' at us?
I'm definitely over thinking this..

We are planning on bubbles as well but I'm surprised your church doesn't allow bubbles I thought ours was pretty strict.
In that case I like the wands.

I think I'm going to go the balloon route..
We're getting married on a Friday, so I don't think there will be a ton of people at the church. I'm thinking 2 1/2 dozen pink balloons for bridal party and guests

The balloons are adorable!!! My church said no rose petals but I had already ordered and paid for them before I saw that so they made an exception.

I like the balloon idea .. what about those REALLY big 36' ones that are trendy? I am obsessed with how they look in pictures. http://www.balloons123.com/store/p/176027-Jumbo-Balloons-36-White-Latex-Balloon-Tuftex-Each.html?feed=Froogle
I'm surprised the church wouldn't allow bubbles! That idea seemed to get popular because most don't allow bird seed.
I'm leaning toward people ringing little bells, but I'm also considering bubbles.

They claim the bubbles are slippery on the concrete...

what about feathers? I saw this on pinterest once and it looked nice but idk they may stick to you! as long as it's something you can clean up, like rose petals, I feel that they should let you have it.
