FH and I went to Carmine's in AC last week, and we always get the Chicken Saltimbocca.... it's chicken in a sauce similar to marsala, with proscuitto, spinach and fresh mozzarella.
I decided to give it a try tonight, after searching for a recipe that is closest to Carmine's...
Anyone making anything good tonight?

I might be making a chicken and broccoli with rice stir fry.
Carmines in Times Square is my favorite place to eat ever. All of their locations are delicioius.

I know, I love Carmine's. I went there first with my MOH a few years ago, and we weren't too impressed..... but, I tried it again, and have loved it ever since... maybe they were just having a bad day the time we went!

Our new b-day tradition is AC (Trop) and Carmines---yum. Xmas time is Carmines in the city. (hey- we are a family, right? so we eat family style--lol) Seriously, we really could use at least 2 more people b/c the portions are HUGE.- even for us
We are probably going to McCanns Bar and Grill in Massapequa. FH usually works and doesn't eat home so he complains when I dp cook and we have to clean up- lol. Doesn't bother me as long as he pays!!!!!
