What are you paying towards your BM expenses

Now that I have picked the BM dresses (which are a very reasonable price), I am getting very interesting questions from my BMs. Can one stay in my appt. to save money, how much will I pay towards the dress, what accessory will I be giving them. Is it just me.............

I had planned on giving them all a wrap, necklace and having their hair done.

I am going to pick out bm dresses that are under 150- which they will pay for. I will give them a gift, pay for their nails, host a bm luncheon, and if there is still money left I will pay for their hair too. One of my friends invited FI and I to stay with her for her wedding so we are probably going to pay for her hotel room or pay for her dress.

my girls are paying for their own own dress, shoes, etc. But that's it...they are not paying a cent for the bridal shower or anything. As far as hair and makeup go...I am considering making that a part of their gift, but I will have to check around on pricing.
When I asked them to be in my BP I sent them giant sized fortune cookie with a poem inside, taking them to a BP luncheon and buying them a really nice gift...still tossing around ideas...suggestions?

when you agree to be in a BP you know what the deal is from the getgo...IMO

I think it really depends on how much money you have. I have 7BM's and 2 FG's. They all are paying for their dresses, they didn't need help, I asked.
I'm paying or nail/pedicures, hair, lodging for out of town girls. I bought them nice gifts and an extra special one for MOH. My girls have nicer jewelry then I and all have pearls etc..
There is no way I would have someone stay with me before the wedding. Maybe she can stay at another BM's house??

Taking them out to bridal tea at elegant place, paying for wraps, and getting a hotel room for two of the bridesmaids and their FI's and some other yet to be decided gift.

Wow, thank you all for your feedback. The dress I chose was $160, which I do not think is very expensive. It is black so they most likely will not need to buy an special shoes. All live in the NY/NJ area. I was planning on hosting a BM lunch. I am planning on doing a few extra things for my MOH since she is really helping me out a lot (will most likely pay for her room).

We are paying for this wedding and I am already over budget.

I bought my girls necklaces, earrings and their wrap. Their dresses I made sure were less than $150 (they are $130) and I picked black and white so if they needed black shoes it wouldn't be something they couldn't use again. Also, my cousin who is my MOH is a handbag designer so I bought material and she is making them handbags. I will definitely get my cousin a little something extra....maybe a Tiffany bracelet. I'll have to see how much I have left over. I was thinking of getting them all a $25 gift certificate to the mall so they could buy shoes if they need. Again, have to see how much money I have left over as I am paying for my wedding.
