We;ve already have taken walk throughs at Costco-- getting a bunch of snack size stuff there, bottled water-- BREATH MINTs.. etc.

I was just thinking about this today.
add scented candle to the items mentioned above, as well as either a mini pie from a local farm or a basket of fresh seasonal fruit (strwberries maybe) I want them to feel like they have arrived in the North Fork and bring some of that flair in before they go do the wine tastings.
i think yummy food and water is kety. Also, I loved going to OOT weddings and having a candle to light in the hotel room to eliminate the 'hotel' smell.

Some combination of snacks and water. Itinerary of events. NY Tourism & LI Tourism Pamphlets I ordered from each of those organizations. And I was thinking of some kind of I love Long Island or I love New York t-shirt/mug/key chain souvenier type thing.
