What are you throwing outside the church?

We are not allowed to do rose petals and I don't want to do bubbles. Any ideas? I wanted people to send balloons in the air, but party city doesn't deliver the balloons anymore so that will be a pain

I'm throwing rose petals, but if you cant do that, what about using sparklers or ribbon wands? I know a few brides on here did that.

some girls make their own. You can also try E-Bay or try posting on BHB to see if anyone knows a vendor who sells them.

i went to a wedding and they have these little stick with wedding bells on the end - it was really cute

seriously... BUBBLES. we're not allowed to toss anything. If we WERE allowed to toss stuff, I think either rose petals or lavendar would be my choise....

I like the idea of spraklers but it will be light out at the end of the ceremony and I don't know how it will look

I would just love sparklers, but most places dont allow them especially at churches and reception halls, what a bummer, it looks so cool. We are using Wedding Wands and we are allowed a little rice, so I purchased little round tulle pieces with solid white hearts on them filled them with rice and put a bow on top the color of the BM dresses....

We aren't allowed to throw rice or confetti, but we can have birdseed, petals or bubbles (maybe even sparklers, though i'm not sure). It will be nearly dark when we're done with our mass, so if we can't do sparklers, we probably won't do anything.
