What are your favorite songs to dance to at a wedding?

Time for my final meeting with my DJ tomorrow! I have to give him a list of favorites... I want upbeat music. So help me out....

What songs will keep the dance floor packed?

depends on your crowd and what you like. My girlfriends wedding was crazy, the dancefloor was packed the whole time.
For some good current house/dance songs(some are a few yrs old)

crazy in love - beyonce
more than life - jana
don't cha - pussycat dolls
sandstorm - darude
sexy back - justin timberlake
lose control - missy eliot
without you - rich luzzi
satisfaction - benni benissi ( always forget the spelling on that one)
all the 80's songs that have been remixed are awesome, lots of journey stuff has been done.. there are a lot of options


gotta have some great sing along 80's songs ( this gets everyone up at the weddings ive been too..they usually do it towards the end of the night ..)

you shook me all night long - ac/dc (theres a house mix of this as well i believe)
pour some sugar - def leppard
girls just wanna have fun - cyndi lauper
here i go again - whitesnake


some others
if you have a freestyle crowd you can do a short set of that
dreamboy/dreamgirl ( you guys can sing it to eachother..very cute)

there are too many of these to name.. TKA is a fav of mine.. etc..

the twist
shout
the wanderer
in the mood
lets twist again
all shook up or jailhouse rock

there are just soo many great party songs..it's hard to choose.. but you can get any crowd up and going with a good mix of everything rather than just particular songs.. cause everyone has different tastes. the best weddings ive been to mix it up all night.. you're always wondering whats next!!!!
