What are your favorite working out CDs?

Hello all, I'm looking for ideas of CDs to bring to the gym with me for my half hour on the elliptical. Any suggestions?

I love the elliptical..I listen to any hard rap..I dont know why..i dont listen to it on a regular basisi..but for some reason in teh gym..I HAVE to have it..my fiance thinks Im rdiculous..but it motivates me and gets me moving. House music does nicely too..but I move faster with rap.

I listen to techno. I copy songs from my CDs onto my iPaq. I have a lot of Paul Okenfold, DJ Tiesto, stuff like that...

I usually burn a CD. Mostly 80's and 90's hard rock and some dance music.

I dont ususally listen to dance music...but I love it when I workout....I need it to get me moving! I have to keep changing the music on my MP3 player cause I get bored easily!

I used to listen to Rednex, the group that sang Cotton Eyed Joe while I was on the treadmill. I know it sounds funny but all the songs were very fast and kept you up to speed where you were huffing and puffing.

I range from everything...but I do like the dance/techno (ie Madison Ave, Mojo, Daft Punk, etc)

but I have also found that Crosby Stills and Nash are really good...

I go through my mp3s and just select what I am in the mood for
