What are your guest throwing after your ceremony

I was thinking either rose petals or I was going to do ribbon wands.. I need ideas -

I looked on the internet and saw

Birdseeds
popcorn???
rice
bubbles- p.s. if you are using bubbles be careful - if it lands on your photographers lens it will take hours of photoshop to fix your pictures because of the soap. Some photographers recommend that you dont use bubbles.

Beachballs

butterflies

confetti - seems messy

any other ideas?

There was a 2010 bride, Marie, who had confetti that stayed attached. I'd love to find that.

I am leaning towards rose petals. or the ribbon wands, not totally sure yet!
i dont want rice thrown at me!
and no bubbles for me, i dont want to get sticky from them! haha (im weird sorry)

we got wedding party horns, they are sick!!! we figured that all the guests wouldn't be positioned right near us to throw flowers or blow bubbles and we just thought it was a unique idea.

I'm using small bells for people to ring. I didn't want anyone throwing anything and making a big mess.

I've seen the party poppers that when you pop them, the ribbon stays attached. My church only lets us do rice and I refuse to do that!

they photography so well. Saw a wedding picture where everything was black and white except the gorgeous pink rose petals that was floating in the picture. looked so gorgeous
