painting (craft painting) I've been trying to do it often Crocheting... doing a blanket now since FH said last one was too 'holey' Reading but i don't know if thats really a hobby Used to be tennis, but i have no one to play with!!

I forgot to answer my own question...
My main hobby is counted cross stitch and other needlework.
I'm just getting started with scrapbooking, but I can see how it can easily become an obsession!!
Gardening.
I also like working out and reading, but not sure if they are hobbies.

My #1 favorite hobby is reading. (reading has to be a hobby!! It just HAS to be!! )
I also enjoy ~
music (mostly 70's and 80's, but I don't really discriminate) shopping web surfing theatre (I was a movie extra and a community theatre actor for many years, up till I graduated college) spending time with my friends

scrapbooking reading web surfing make candies & baking for the holidays make christmas ornaments
I want to try making soaps & bath salts for gifts.
Hiking - about 10 hours a week running - about 10 hours a week reading - varies on how good the book is...could be 5 could be 20 hours a week
playing with our dog - constantly!!!

I don't think playing with the dog is a hobby...it's fun, but it's not a hobby That's like saying playing with my 16 month old is a hobby!
- Reading - Crafting (looking for new ideas all the time!) - Creating different recipes - Taking photographs - Talking on the phone - Web surfing/chatting - And when I am being *really* good....exercising!
