What recipes does your family request over and over again from you?

stuffed mushrooms, stuffed artichokes, sauce, meatballs, chimicurri sauce, chicken with garlic, sfinge (fried ricotta pastries), green salad, banana cream pie.

penne ala vodka, pecan tassies (holidays), pistachio salad (cool whip, pineapple, pist. pudding mix, and marshmallows), asian string beans, and carrots au graten.

LOL- you don't sound too bad yourself... I'm a typical Italian girl that grew up in Grandma's kitchen...

I have people over for dinner like twice a week- it's fun but it gets expensive... but it's OK because I make extra to take to lunch.

Oh- I've been making homemade icecream lately- this has been getting a lot of attention from my family- the wonders of ice cream machines....

pumpkin ravioli, zucchini fettucine, stuffed mushrooms, cheesecake, rice pudding

-we just made ice cream too, with fresh strawberries. It was awesome.

Gee, I don't know all my dishes have come from other peoples recipes. Am I allowed to claim them as my own????

My Bourbon Pecan Pie, and DH's Venetians (aka, rainbow cookies).

Tracyg, your pistachio salad sound similiar to Ambrosia, a friend of mine would love it! Please share recipe!

Here ya go Kate. Its sooooo yummy. It was my dads thing to make, and i introduced it to FH's family and most of them love it!!
(i usually double this recipe for big parties)

(my family stole it from kraft LOL, but its been around awhile)

1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Pistachio Flavor Instant Pudding & Pie Filling

1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained

3-1/4 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

2 tubs (8 oz. each) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed (I use lite cool whip)

Maraschino cherries with stems, for garnish

Mix everything except cool whip.
Then stir in the cool whip.

Its' called Pistachio Pineapple Mallow Dessert on the kraft recipe website, but they make it differently... we never make it that way.
