My chicken fajitas & tacos. I make my own marinade for the chicken fajitas. Its a secret

DH loves my fresh tomato and mushroom sauce.

I am famous for my brownies & cupcakes & cakes! I am also told that I make a mean grilled cheese on the GEORGE FOREMAN GRILL! lol i have to take some cooking lessons from my mom & grandma before 11/6/04! hahahha

DH is really the creative one he did a Stuffed Steak on Sunday that was to die for.

Chicken with Ritz crackers.

WARNING: NOT FOR SKINNY GIRLS!!!

1 lb. Chicken breast cut into cubes and boiled to slightly underdone.

Mix with can of cream of chicken soup and container of sour cream. Add poppy seeds.

Put in 13x9 pan and top with crumbled ritz crackers. Be generous with the crackers and drizzle with butter.

Bake at 350 for about 20-30 minutes.

Any pastry/muffin/cookie/brownie/biscuit - just NO CAKES!! (I took an advanced baking class in HS)

Strange pasta dishes - I like to mix pasta with all sorts of leftovers from the fridge - I sautee whatever meat & veggies I have on hand in light oil w/some garlic and sometimes I add (for ex.) mustard & brown sugar for a honey mustard sort of taste, or a little spaghetti sauce, whatever - it always tastes good
