we are getting it- everyone says that you miss a lot at your own wedding so it is nice to see it after - we also have grandparents who cannot make it to the wedding so it will be nice to show it to them

Re: what are your thought on a video?
I love the video idea since you do miss things that happen during the wedding. I also like the idea that you can watch your wedding while you are relaxed.

Definitely got video. The day goes so fast and there is so much you don't see. I've heard of alot of brides who were dead set against video regretting it later.

I'd agree. Get it. It will be impossible to catch every moment of your wedding and you will regret not knowing what occured. So, I would sacrifice and get the video.

To me I need to have a video. I agree with the others, it will be great to just relax and watch your wedding video. Plus you will definitely not see everything that goes on at your wedding.

I agree with all the other brides but also I'd like to have it so our future kids can see mommy and daddy getting married.

I say definitely go with video - there is so much you miss becasue you are all over the place! And it's great to watch and enjoy your day over and over again...
A birde once told me a story about deciding to get a video at the last minute.....just becasue she thought it might be nice. A month after she got married, her father got very sick and died, and now she has that video with him on it, so it is incredibly meaningful now. When I heard that story, I knew I wanted to get a video...it's a lsting real-life memory of all of the important and special people in your life

I would absolutely recommend a video. The day goes by so fast. Also it will be a nice thing to look back on 20 years from now and share with yoour children

We had every intention of having video done, but when finances were short, it's the first thing we cut out. You can always have a friend or close relative videotape for you if you don't want to spend all that money.

Re: what are your thought on a video?
To me Video was the most important element of our day. Photographs are great and all but I get bored seeing some people's photos but video i get to see the movement and honestly, after people see our pics they ALWAYS ask to see the video.

Actually I am having my reception participants use our own video camera to take the video. The video is so expensive and since I have my own camera. This is a way to cut the cost.

Re: what are your thought on a video?
i'm doing it - i thought about not doing it because of the lights and because I know they can be annoying, but I was selective when deciding who to go with and I really like them. This day is way too important not to be able to see it again! I know it's going to fly by also!

Re: what are your thought on a video?
The only thing my sister in law regrets about their wedding day is not having a video of it. Its my favorite thing to do after someone's wedding, watch myself make a total idiot of myself

Artisan...they're a vendor on here. We worked with Chuck and I would highly recommend them
