I think its a nice idea... My FH might be into this if I strong arm him!
He loves getting gifts but hates the attention.

My MOH and I mentioned to him this yesterday he said OK but I think he was lying. I think FH will love it when the gifts are the ones he picked out from the registry.

My fh would never go for this. If you have the kind of fh who is into gifts and all that it could be fun but I knoe it wouldnt be for us.

i think its a good idea if you FH would like it, but mine wouldnt go for it either...he could care less about sitting there opening gifts for the house lol

Yes my FH would never do this either but I have heard of this being done.
Just a heads up all the girls were paying for everything and the guys wanted to be included but, didnt want to pay. So they told them then they couldnt be included and they ended up paying but, I think that is fair.

We're definitely having a co-ed Bridal Shower!!!
His family is very close & they love to be a part of everything...... including the men!!!!
I know they would get offended if they were not invited to my bridal shower...

Thats is so sweet. I feel the same way I am close to all my family so I want them there. I think it would be more fun afterwards when all the gift are open. I just have to come up with some ideas to make sure the guys are entertained.

i told you my FH and I are sooooo different! I say go for it..it helps out your girls also because my entire bridal party are cheaping in...how my MOH says it..your shower is going to be big!

. I have my mind pretty much set on it for awhile because it is different and god forbid I followed the norm I think after awhile I would get bored of opening gift at least with him there it would be more animated. Just an excuse to have a party

I think I am going to contribute I do not want MOH of honor and FSIL to pick up the whole tab

oh yeah I forgot you have a small party..his groomsmen are paying also..everyone is contributing..basically its a shower for us..thrown by the entire bridal party and whoever wants to contribute. I didnt want just my MOH and matron to pay for it and my mother. I felt this was a fair way and cheaper on their pockets.
