What are your thoughts on this and what would you do!?

Okay, so my FH's cousin is hosting my bridal shower in June. I told my mom I just wanted to know the day and time, and the rest I want to be surprised with (theme and all that) My sister is my MOH and its hard for her to try and plan bc shes in Cali..but she is really trying her hardest and she asked my mom and I for everyones addresses so she can pick out and send the invites. To me, the mother of the bride and maid of honor should be in charge of everything for the shower, right?

So FH tld me the other day after I asked him to ask his mom for a list on their side, he said 'My mom said my aunt and cousin are doing the invites'

WHAT!?

I mean, I really appreciate them hosting for us, and they really are doing everything (food - place - drinks) but I really want my mom and sister the big part of it..


What are your thoughts on this, and I really want to say to fmil that it should be my mom and sister planning everything thing else like decorations, centerpieces, invites, ect. but I dont want them (fmil, cousin, aunt) to feel bad bc they throw these parties on the side for people, so they are used to planning the whole thing..


I have to go to fmil house tonight and talk abotu it I'm so nervous!! what would you do!
