I started working out on the treadmill and my knee started to hurt a little. I think my sneakers are causing it because they are a couple of years old. So now I want new sneakers. Any suggestions?

I really like Mizuno running sneakers. I have worn every brand....and these fit me the best.
I think it really is a personal choice....the sneakers my SIL runs in kill my feet...so you just need to try on lots of pairs. Good Luck!!!

I like New Balance the best. I used to have very bad heel spurs and foot pain and my foot doctor said that new balance are the best because the soles are thicker and mroe arched. I amnot sure for knee pain but NB work best for me!

I also love New Balance - they have wide widths - which I need - and they seem to be the most comfortable for me when running.

i love new balance also. you should probably go to a store that is dedicated to selling running shoes and run around the store in a bunch of different brands til you find one you like.
