What bridal party is TOO big?

I was talking to my fiance about who would be in our bridal party (basically who would be my bridesmaids) and our family would definitely have to be in it because they have all been supportive in our relationship throughout the years! So it would be my two sisters (one of them is my maid of honor), then his two sisters. One of his sisters has a daughter who's going to be 15 next year. So that's already 5. Then I have 4 BEST friends that I love with all my heart. They have been there for me through thick and thin and a lot of hard times (with family, not FH).

My question is, would it be too much to have those 9 women in my bridal party?? Do pictures come out good when there's that many people in the wedding?

I agree with the above. As long as your okay with the increased price associated with a larger bridal party--be happy and do what you would like with your day!

No at all. I was part of a 12 woman BP. I thought that was criminally too much, but everything ran smoothly.

I was actually thinking of having 8 BMs...Then I got worried about extra cost of gifts, Bo-Ks, and the rehearsal dinner, then I decided against it. All things being equal, I would've totally done it.
