i ask b/c about 3kids went home sick this week, 2 last week, my dad and stepmother, who i have not seen in a month, are both sick, my il's are sick and dh has passed what he had to me and i feel so achy!!! what is this one???

I had 2 kids vomiting today and 4 kids out yesterday. I'm hoping it doesn't hit me...3 days until my cruise.

everyone i know has been sick over the past 2 months...and it is a nasty cold..lasting about 2 weeks or more!

I had the nasty cold..Mucinex was a miracle. Last night and today I felt nauseous all day. I hope to god Im not getting a stomach bug..YUCK!

Dh is back on medication for it it will not go away and he is coughing a lot, they told him his lungs are clear, and I am on the Z pak for tonsillitis and an upper respiratory infection, spent the day in bed sleeping a lot . I hate beong sick, though I feel a lot better then I did yesterday.

There's probably a lot of different things going around and the stupid temperature changes probably aren't helping that much. One day it's gorgeous, sunny, and 50 degrees and the next it's nasty, snowing, and 20 degrees. That's not good for anybody's health.

It seems there are a lot of things going around. Colds, flu, stomach viruses. One of my co-workers has a stomach virus, my FH's office has been passing around some kind of bug, my Mom has a nasty cold, the past 4 days I have felt EXTREMELY exhausted, like I came home at 4pm & wanted to go right to sleep!!! Must be fighting one of the above!
ETA: The best thing you can do is WASH YOUR HANDS!!!! I haven't gotten sick all year & I swear it's b/c of this (& using Zicam at the sign of a cold symptom). I may sound OCD, but at work I disinfect all the doorknobs & phones, pretty much anything sick people touch.

what is the best medicine to break up this cough? Its likea coughing fit every once in a while, and once the phlegm (SORRY IF TMI) comes up, I am good to go.
Will Mucinex help this? I see its sold out in 2 drugstores I went to...
Can I take it with Nyquil?

OMG you sound like me. I just sanitized everything here with lysol and my hands are raw from antibacterial stuff. I am phobic of stomach things, I'm a nut
