With all the new regulation I am so uncertian about what I can bring on the plane. So here is my list of unsure items:
snacks (candy,gum) my makeup bag ( I know no scissors or tweezers) drinks
that is all i can really think of, if you ladies think of anything else, let me know!

with regards to your makeup, if any of it is liquid, it needs to be less than 3oz and all liquids less than 3oz need to fit into 1 qt-sized, clear plastic bag.
with regards to drinks, you cannot take a drink past security, but once you pass the security check point, you can purchase beverages in the airport shops and take them aboard. you should be able to get snacks through the security check point though.

I wouldn't bring any makeup. I think they don't allow that anymore. I know they took away all my aunts shampoos, conditioners, lotion, chapstick, lip gloss, stuff like that. it was all aveda and expensive!
no drinks! unless your already through security. you can buy drinks there. I'm not sure about candy or gum. they probably don't allow that either. it's getting so stupid. I used to fly once a month. now I try not to. I hate not having chapstick or lotion. especially on a long flight.
they might allow stuff in a clear bag or something now though. I wouldn't even chance it. my aunt cried when they took everything away. it was about $100 worth of stuff.

You can bring liquids as long as they are in containers that are 3oz or less. Most of the travel size stuff is smaller than that, but double check. You need to put these in a quart size ziploc bag and take it out when you go through security. Any liquid makeup should go in that ziploc bag too. Everything else is okay. You can bring tweezers on the plane with you. I don't remember about scissors. I just heard last week that the FAA is now going to start allowing lighters again because its taking too much time to confiscate them. Can you f*cking imagine???????? Who made this decision??

a friend had her tweezers and manicure scissors confiscated on the way home from jamaica last week

The best thing to do is to check with your specific airline and airport...but, I went on an international flight a couple months ago and all of those items were fine except drinks. Small amounts of liquids such as medicines were okay.

Tweezers are not allowed on the plane with you, but is okay in your checked in luggage. Anything is okay in the luggage you check in, but the restrictions are on the items you carry on.

Really? I guess I've been lucky they didn't take them away.
