Re: what can I make with pork other than pork chops?
You can get a pork tenderloin to grill. It almost looks like a london broil except it's longer, rounder, and more skinny. You can marinate it in any number of ways, and then grill it on the bbq. Slice it like a steak and it's REALLY good. You can probably find some great marinade recipes on allrecipes.com.

You can buy center cut pork rounds, marinate them in balsamic vinegar, olive oil, chopped garlic and rosemary then grill them.

You can put them in a pan with sauerkraut, water, salt and pepper and cook them on the stove top together
You can cut them into bite size pieces and stir fry them with vegetables

Re: what can I make with pork other than pork chops?
I just made these last night...they're called Sanfransico Pork Chops here's the recipe:
4 boneless p-chops
1tbsp of oil
2tbps dark brown sugar
1/4 cup of apple juice
2tbsp of lite soy sauce (or regular)
A nice dash of red pepper flakes
1tsp of cornstarch
1tsp of water
Combine brown sugar, apple juice, soy sauce and pepper flakes in small bowl..mix well and set aside.
Then in a frying pan add oil and p-chops. Cook on each side until browned (about 2min each). Then add brown sugar and juice mixture, cover and set on low heat for about 20-25 min, turning occasionally. When p-chops are done, remove them from it's pan and set aside. Then in another bowl mix cornstarch and water and add that mixure to the pan. Mix well and heat to a quick bubble and add p-chops to glaze chops. Serve with no-yolk noodles. Delicous ! Enjoy

Directions:
Cook the chops using 1 tsp butter, and oil. Season to taste and set on hot platter. Keep warm.
Add apples to the pan with 1 tsp butter, the sugar and a few pinches of cinnamon. Cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, turning once or twice until some of apples are browned. Arrange them around the chops and serve.
