We use cingular, and you know what's ridiculous? Before we used Verizon, but when we moved, we didn't get any reception in the house, so we tried to break the contract. You know what they told us? Well, you can always go outside or go in your car and make a phone call. WHAT?! So, DH said I want to talk to the manager, and the lady said we'll have to call you back. DH was like, yeah, well, considering I can't get calls in the house, I don't think that's going to work!
